I am the data entry team lead. My team is responsible for making sure charges are entered in a timely manner as well as initially sending out a clean claim. Audits are also done on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. We also create a positive environment to ensure quality work. While not at work I love camping in the mountains with my family to create memories for my 3 children

Accounts Receivable Team Leader
As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, and Office Manager, I audit accounts every month to assure that accounts are worked and noted. We have set have set very high standards for customer service. Each team member is held accountable for their assigned insurance plans. Each team member is cross trained and we work together to assure that our work is completed. We are professional when dealing with physicians, patients, and insurance companies. We are very in tune with HIPAA and and we have yearly mandated training for our entire office. I enjoy bowling, parades, and various cultural and arts events here in Colorado.

Payment Posting Team Leader
My priority is to ensure that all payments are posted in a timely manner, and that they are paid according to the negotiated contract. I also balance incoming payments with bank deposits on a daily basis. I enjoy spending time with my two sons and helping with our local Boy Scout Troop.
